Help on Langkawi Itinerary

Hi, I am having a family of 3 people ( husband, wife and their 15 year old son) coming from Japan to Malaysia for tour. One of their request was going to Langkawi. So I was planning on staying for 3D2N at Langkawi but I have never traveled to Langkawi before.

Could people here give some guide on what we can do at Langkawi. Any itinerary shared would be helpful. Please advice

My tenant house got broken in by burglar

Hello,

As the title above, I am the house owner and one of my tenant house got broken in by burglar.

According to my tenant, he lost some cash, laptop and some other electronic item. The door of few rooms were also broken into half. The gate and the lock to the house is also broken. My tenant just lodged the report at police station, and an officer came to take several photos and that's all.

I need help from fellow people here. Is it house owner or tenant job to cover the damage? This is my first time having a burglar coming into my tenant house so I am not sure what to actually do.
