Sell all parcels of land in one go or seperate?

Dear Property Gurus,

I have several parcels of agriculture lands (undeveloped), all close together, road side and quite near to a tiny town in Sabah.
It is not hard to survey for the price of land nowadays in mudah.my, propertyguru, facebook etc.
I am able to find two pieces of land that is exactly side by side (undeveloped) to my lands, so I "roughly" have some idea of the target price.

The agent told me if I were to sell all of them in one go, the price is cheaper in terms of RM per acre.
Which also means that selling them separately will have a higher price.
My target now is to sell them in one go.

My questions are:
Is it true? Sell all parcels of land in one go really will be lower price?
Isn't it having parcels all close together is an advantage and can have a higher price?

Do you know whether it is possible to ship AV receiver+speakers from US to Malaysia?

My brother is currently staying in US and I can ask him for help me ship it to me.
I am not worrying about the shipment fee, what I am really worry about is the tax/duty.

I have two wireless network card. One onboard and one usb.
And in Windows 7, both wifi network card can connect to two different access points.
I wonder what is it for?
It is like it can use two access points for internet and double the speed?

Do you have problem connect to warcraft 3 bnet server using celcom 3g?
Once i can play on us east server, but now there is no server that i can connect to.
I have "tulen" cd keys, and i have tried a few and nothing works.

Has anybody successfully install and boot windows xp from a usb harddisk?
Since I am now using a laptop that is provided by the company, I dun wanna install rubbish inside.
So, I decide to use another harddisk of my own. Booting from usb will be quite convenient since my laptop can support usb boot.
I tried one of the guide from the internet and failed.

Anybody has some suggestion?

ISP/package: steramyx 512/256
Location: melaka, malim jaya
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: not really to do with streamyx

Personal equipment
Modem: dlink dsl-500g
Router: same as above
Firewall used: none

Problem details
First occurence of problem: since i know streamyx
Problem frequency: before the "tmnet throtling wave" it's still okay, now terrible
Problem description:

I have found out that my dsl-500g cannot handle too much "active NAT", is there anyway that i can cut down the active NAT? I have decrease the timeout of NAT, limiting the every connection that i can find in router or bt client. But still doesnt help.

Or if i turn my router to bridge mode, the router wont do NAT? and i wont face problem of router cannot handle too much active NAT since it doesnt function as a router?

Can introduce some nice proxy server?

219.93.175.68:3128 is really a good one but sometimes it doesnt respond.
Sometimes surfing china websites and streaming in youtube is much more faster and stable.

My streamyx disconnect frequently, I called them several times, they came few times and then finally they tell me to check the internal wiring, case dropped.

What should i do to check the internal wiring? Or who should i call to check it for me?

Anybody know the telnet command to get new ip?

Just wondering if there is a telnet command to "tell" the router to discard current ip and get a new ip.

If there is, it should be faster than the "reboot" command to get a new ip, huh?

Streamyx is down everytime water heater is turn on

My dsl light will just go off when my bathroom's heater is turn on and never connect until the heater is turn off. It's probably distortion or noise, anybody have some kind of problem like mine? And how to solve this problem?
