Desktop Discord with Yes internet

Recently, I switched from my crappy Maxis internet to Yes 5G, and so far, it has been a much better experience.
Except for one strange problem I have since a few weeks ago, which the standalone desktop version of Discord randomly stops functioning around 8-10PM, when the browser version works flawlessly.

Anyone else here have the same problem? Do I need to change my router? Do I need to stick to the browser version at this period of time until I either switch my ISP or router? Or was it an ongoing bug with whatever Discord is built from?

Maxis throttling connection to Google services

This suddenly happened around 10AM at the making of this post. I have no idea what the heck is happening.

So, to clarify, YouTube suddenly performs at 200 Kb/s since that time, along with other Google services.
I just want to make sure it wasn't just me.

My internet works just fine with other stuff, Discord for example. But Maxis, in their infinite wisdom, decided to butcher access to Google services, including YouTube, slowing them down to a crawl and randomly faking out by speeding up only to slow down again.

I tried accessing it on both Opera and Firefox on my phone connected to the Wi-Fi (which is connected to Maxis 4G, we got no access to fiber optic here), same result, same slowdown.
Same goes for Opera GX on my PC.

Old: This suddenly happened around 10AM earlier this morning. I have no idea what the heck is happening.
So far, this only affects U Mobile and Maxis mobile users. Is it area-based? Is it a national outage?

So, to clarify, YouTube suddenly performs at 200 Kb/s since that time, along with other Google services.
I just want to make sure it wasn't just me.

My internet works just fine with other stuff, Discord for example.

Unable to add my phone number to Ubisoft account

The title explains it a bit, but I'll add some details.
(also not sure where I can tell this so I choose this subforum)

[attachmentid=10536723]
For some reason, Ubisoft won't let me add my U Mobile number as recovery number. It just won't accept at all.
Is anyone on either U Mobile or other telcos had the same problem?

Speed throttles on GitHub and Archive.org

Since we're reaching RMCO, things in the nets are starting to get strange and even strange-r.

For a while now, I've experienced that downloads from GitHub and Archive.org servers are getting throttled regardless of network speed and I don't know why, anyone having the same problem?

Does the U Mobile internet IP is endangered?

CloudFlare detects my current IP as endangered IP and tells me to solve a captcha.

I'm browsing the Internet on my laptop using my smartphone's Internet connection through portable hotspot. My telco is U Mobile.

So, the question is, is this IP was from my laptop or from my telco plan?

It told me to scan my PC for viruses and malwares, but I've checked it before and it's just okay.
