Removing water mark/spot on body paint

It's been raining and sunny interchangably for the past 2 weeks.
And it has caused my car bonnet show some watermarks on top of white color.
Not to mention I've parked the car in industrial area and open area. The color outside the circle looks brownish color.

Tried washing it with Waxco car soap but still not removed.
Check on YT and Lazada, but mostly having problem with window watermark.

Any ideas how to remove it?

Proton Wira Headlamp

Hi Sifus.

I'm having problem with the light dispersion on my Wira.
When I turn the lamp on night, the range of the light can only reach around 5 meters in front (Unless I turn on highlight, but I don't want this).

I've asked the opinion from Accesories mech., he said that the 'chrome' of my headlamp is gone/finish (Explanation appreciated).
He suggest me to change the lightbulb first if there's any difference. But the light dispersion/projection is still same.

So, my next plan is to either change the headlamp or increase/change the wiring of the bulb connection.
I'm not sure which one should I choose..

Also, I'm on a tight budget. If I change the headlamp, should I just use 'local' or original Bosch headlamp? Are they the same?

p/s: Tried cleaning the outer layer with toothpaste also yield same result
