Advise on Online Scam

Recently I wanted to purchase a sofa bed on Facebook, so I sent a Whatsapp message to the seller, paid the amount but the sofabed never arrived. The seller stopped replying to messages and calls after the payment was made. The sofa bed was meant to arrive in 4 days, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and wait for 7 days. After 7 days, still nothing and seller still didn't reply. So then I went to the small claims court to get a claims form, filed a police report and forwarded a copy and made a report to both my and the seller's bank to inform them.

Here's where the issue is. In order to file a claim at the small claims court, I have to have the seller's full name, address and IC number. I only have the seller's phone number, full name and bank account number. I thought the police might be able to help get this information but they said they are unable to and advised that I go to the consumer's tribunal to file a report and claim.

I went to the consumer's tribunal and the form is basically the same as the one from the small claims court, which required both address and IC number. I said to them that I do not have that information and have no way of getting it because I am not authorised. They referred me back to the police and even after I said that the police referred me to them, they said they can't do anything because they cannot request for information from bank as they are a court.

What can I do in this situation? The amount is less than RM1000 so there is no point hiring a lawyer but yet I don't feel right letting the thief get away scratch free. God knows how many other people have been conned. Thank you in advance.

I am looking at potentially moving my life from Australia to Malaysia, which is about half a shed worth of boxes. Does anyone have any experience or able to recommend me couriers and prices? Or if you know anyone in Adelaide willing to store my things for a year I am willing to pay for it, provided it's not some ridiculous amount. Thank you.

Flavour drops

Currently trying to get some zero calories flavour drops from MyProtein, but due to postage, each 50ml bottle costs about RM65 which is rather pricy. Without postage about RM30. Anyone interested to get some too so we can share postage? They can be used in plain oats, yogurt, protein shakes, pancakes etc. They have got apple, toffee, strawberry, chocolate, maple, vanilla, raspberry, chocolate peanut butter, mocha flavours and many more.

Also on the same topic, getting some PB2 from iherb and wanting to share postage too. Not sure if the right section to post but please advice if not. Thank you.

Not even close. This formula is the first to bond the three branched chain amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine - utilizing a proprietary process route, to form oligopeptides (a bonded chain of amino acids; for example, a peptide linked chain). The oligopeptide-based branched chain amino acids may act as a better transport vehicle, allowing for more efficient metabolization, greater bio-activity, enhanced onset time, and a generally improved BCAA model. And, the scientific minds at BPI Sports didn't stop here ... for maximum potential benefit, the oligopeptide branched chain amino acids in BEST BCAA™ are delivered via complex bio-active Oligopeptide-Enzymatic Technology™. In addition, this unique and unrivaled product also incorporates a CLA Matrix Blend and Agmatine Sulfate. The scientific literature suggests CLA and Agmatine have properties that may support lean muscle-building programs.

Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) blended into 8oz of ice cold water, either before, during, or after workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. On non-training days, take one (1) serving (1 scoop) first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

laucy.my Workout Journal

I've struggled with my weight all my life, often losing a huge amount of weight through crazy diets and no exercise at all and then ending up gaining more weight when I get stressed. This is the first time that I am trying to lose weight with exercise and hoping to keep at it, making it a lifestyle. At the moment weight loss seems to be ok when I am just watching my diet, as evident when I had to take a week off gym when I hurt my knee but when I went back, weight loss either stalled or I'd gain weight so still playing around with the whole diet/exercise balance. Any comments or constructive criticism highly welcomed.

Heaviest: 95kg (~41% body fat)
Lightest: 72kg

Current: 79kg
Height: 170cm
BMR: 1479 cal
TDEE: 2293 cal
Body fat: 34.4%
Cut: 1793 cal (179g protein, 80g fats, 90g carbs)

Workout
2x upper body
2x lower body

Hoping to add a 5th day as cardio day when I feel fitter and able to do so.

Ideal:
LB
UB
Rest
LB
UB
Rest
Cardio
Comments on this fat loss workout

Hi, I am at a loss at the moment as I go to the gym about 5 days a week and am watching my diet, staying within 1200 calories. In the past it's been heaps easy for me to lose weight just by watching what I eat, no exercise at all. Now I exercise and watch my diet but it's been a little over a month and only 2kg lost! I am 5'7" and 81.5kg now. I came across this workout and was wondering if it will be any good. Any comments highly welcomed and appreciated.
Supplements allergy?

Has any of you experienced allergy to supplements? I started taking bpi Sports BCAA and ON Whey Protein a month ago. I had diarrhoea about 4 times in a day when I took it for the first time. I stopped taking the BCAA after a week and the crazy diarrhoea stopped. It's been a month and I still sort of have diarrhoea, meaning it is rather sudden. Keep in mind I am also slightly lactose intolerant. Ive also started developing mosquito bite-like spots on my lower legs, like about 40 of them. I am not sure if it is because of the BCAA in the ON Whey Protein or if it might be something else. Help?
