Private Uni or Public Uni? Need advice.

I will be an international student in malaysia. I am having financial problems so I want to join an affordable university for PRE-U. My route is Diploma in Accounting --> Degree in Accounting. Im thinking of doing the Diploma at a cheap uni and later complete last 2 years of degree at a highly recognised uni (IF TRANSFER IS POSSIBLE).

My question is, Is it better to study at a low cost private uni or at a good public uni which is already low cost?

Please sugest me unis which are good to study Accounting and affordable.
And also I wish to join a university which is good in terms of;
-Campus Facilities
-Lecturers
-Quality Education
-Recognised so that transfer is possble after diploma
-University Life
-Cleanliness

Please help me out to find an average kind of university which will also cost less for an international student.

Need help in choosing Uni ASAP

Hello Lowyat members!
My igcse results have already come out and I achieved 4 A*s and 3 As but I havent decided yet what to do furthur. I want to study Accounting/finance in future and wish to take the route Foundation -> Degree (or) Diploma -> Degree. Im not malaysian and dont live in malaysia so will be international student. I have $$ problem so I cant afford the expensive unis. Just went through the websites of infrastructure university, AIMST , FIRST CITY, SEGI could anyone tell me which Uni is GOOD in terms of lecturers, campus facilities, cleanliness and good for internationals? Also tell me Any other uni apart from the 3 with affordable fee and good facilities?

Also if I do foundation at IUKL aimst or first city or segi will I be able to transfer to better unis like APU, curtin or swinburne for degree? In case my financial matters get better..

Please reply as soon as possible because I have only 2 weeks to make final decision.
