Hey guys, I'm looking to sell my PS Vita and 3DS XL (US Region) + games. I've had both consoles for about 1 year (so warranty's run out). I'll have pics up and will answer any questions/pms.

1. PS Vita (Black) + 16gb SD Card + PS Vita Travel Kit RM450
- bought in UK (Dec 2013)
- comes with games (all games are US version):
1) Muramasa Rebirth (only played 1-2 times) RM85
2) One Piece Unlimited World Red (only played 1-2 times) RM160
3) Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc (unopened) RM125

2) Red 3DS XL (US Version) + 4gb SD Card (imported from the US Dec 2013 to play Pokemon Y)
- comes with:
1) Code of Princess (barely played) RM85
2) Pokemon Black 2 RM75
3) Kid Icarus Uprising (barely played) RM90
4) Pokemon Y RM95
5) Limited Edition Shin Megami Tensei 4 RM130

I'm willing to sell individual games + system. Just pm me your price and we can nego from there.
questions about bulking

hey there, just wanna ask some questions about bulking up.

firstly, how does one bulk properly and efficiently, that being gaining as much muscles while minimising fat gains? does one go on a ratio system (50:30:20 or 40:40:20) or does one depend on the calorie system (on a 2700 calorie diet, so-and-so calories depends on the amount of grams of protein taken and the remainder calories needed, lets say 1800, is divided equally between carbs and fats)? and what supplements are needed the most for the bulking process? this is what i've gotten so far:

a) whey protein
b) creatine
c) glutamine
d) multivits
e) slow-release protein (optional)

is this all or are there more?

and can u guys post up ur bulking diet + ur results? i'm gonna start off with a 2700 cal diet and work my way up. and if i stick to the intense training and strict diet, how much can i gain by september? cuz by then it wud be fasting month, and i dun think bulking is an option during the month.

i'll post up a sample of my would-be diet as soon as i figure it out.

studying medicine in the US - need info

hey there, just need some info on studying medicine in US.

1) apart from the SATs and the TOEFL, what else would i have to do/prepare in order to gain entry into a top-tier medical school? are there any other tests? and what are the minimum scores required for both tests?

2) apart from Harvard and John Hopkins, what are the other top-tier medical schools in the US? how tough is it to get into schools like Stanford, Yale, Duke or Pennsylvania?

3) what do they mean by "research" and "primary care" as stated in the following link: http://www.medicalstudentaid.org/top_medical_schools.html.

which list should i be looking at?

4) lastly, is it true that the medical programs in the US are more towards graduate entries and that they don't have undergraduate programs?

Most Suitable College For A-levels Science

Hey, I'm interested in joining the A-levels intake in July. Thing is, I'm not too sure which college i should join. So far I've looked at Help, Taylors, Sunway and KDU, but I'm still not sure which college i should join. I'm planning to take up Physics, Chemistry, Maths and either Biology or Economics. I'm planning to take up medicine, thus my subject choices.

A few of the criterias i'm looking at are:
a) quality of lecturers
b) standard of science facilities, i.e. labs
c) fees
d) merit scholarships (I obtained 10As for SPM)

So yeah, I'm hoping that you guys can give me some input. I know there are a lot of threads about a-levels and college, but i'm looking for the MOST SUITABLE college, not the BEST. Thanks

P.S.: i'm not too concerned about the different examination boards
