Beginner in bodybuilding

Good day fellow members,

First let me introduce myself. I am male. 25 years of age. Currently living in JB.
My weight is 88 kg and height 170 cm. I am fairly active person. In my uni years, I play tennis for my university. Can consider quite active as I play futsal, football and enjoy outdoor stuff. That was when my weight 72 kg.

Right now my weight just keep increasing. I need some advice on weight cutting and bodybuilding tips. Can anyone suggest me the routine for weight training and how to diet in best way? I am skeptical and want to avoid any pills (fat burner etc).
