Date of transaction: 28 May 2017

Details of the complaint :

27 May 2017. PM him on Tenmak Pro. He replied the next day with bank details and required deposit. Paid Rm50 the same day.

9 June 2017. Asked him on the delivery status. Seller responded item not yet reach Malaysia.

3 July 2017. Asked again on the delivery status. Seller responded order was made on 10 June 2017 as to fulfil moq.

19 July 2017. Checked again on the delivery status. Seller responded supplier has extended aliexpress protection by another 15days.

10 August 2017. Checked again on the delivery status. Seller responded supplier was delaying on the shipment.

25 August 2017 & 30 August 2017. PM seller to check on the delivery status. No response from seller.
