Advice on part-time business

Dear Sifus,

I humbly ask for some guidance on my current part-time business (e-shop)..

I'm working fulltime in MNC now and in the evening i do my e-shop business (packing,deliver orders,etc etc)..
The sales is picking up at around gross RM4k-RM5k a month & margin around 20%-30% of gross..

But..I'm now being offered to work in SG beginning Jan'18 and if i go ahead to SG, i'm not sure what to do my with e-com business now..

Hence i need some sifu's advice for below points for this e-com business to move forward:

1. Let my family member take care the business (my married sister), but she dont seemed interested as it involves alot of hassle preparation
2. Open up a small retail shop + fulfillment centre but hiring staff is tough ? And if i'm in Singapore how do i influence punctuality/attendance..?
How many staffs do i need? Should i hire admin staff, retail staff, what race and age?... my main concern is how loyal and punctual they are too work..
i Can be cincai allow 10am-6pm work day..but can they be commited... this is the part that worries me
3. Close the e-business..?

WTA- Help needed, how to identify source of profit

Dear all,

Appreciate so much for spending time clicking to this topic..

I'm having a family matter which we cant solved...
The story is,we are left with one piece of "asset" from my grandfather to help my father
for his retirement and our livings but we are all clueless if we are being short-changed/cheated as this company is supposed to pay its shareholder dividends every now and then?

Long story short,
this company that my grandfather invested (transferred to my father already) , we have around 12,500 shares from total of 250,000 shares.

however, we are always in doubt as this chinaman company doesnt tell us how to profit come about and my dad do not dare to question them as he afraid will jeopadize relationship..

We only managed to ask for the Reports & Financial statement but it says the main activity of the company is an Investment Holding Company..
Last year, they claim they net profit of RM91k and we only received Rm5k in 2015 as dividend,
we are happy if it is true considering the company has been around more than 30 years,
but what we suspect is that the directors is not auditing a truthful report...

We read further and found that the source of income is stated as
"The principal activity of the company is to carry on business as an investment holding company"

The contract page that states the activity:

How do we know, what are they "investing" on, what activity? how do i view the sales report? Can we as a shareholder, audit ourself? What are the term use to view these "activity"? It is not balance sheet or income statement..and im clueless as well..

How can we check further without jeopardizing relationship?
