            <title>BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-MAXIS@ IKON CONNAUGHT, CHERAS</title>

            <description>The customer service at maxis center at ground floor, Ikon Connaught, Cheras is worst. I am using prepaid, i want to use data but facing problem. So i walk into that branch to ask the chinese staff for help. The chinese guy look like a robot, no eye contact, no facial expression, take my phone without saying any words. After setting finish my phone, i look at at him and say thank you for twice. 1st time, i thought he din&amp;#39;t hear, then i say 2nd time, he also ignore. He just look no feeling, just ignore me without any eye contact and without saying a word. But when other customer walk in to ask for the data plan promotion and handphone, he answer with courtesy, just look like different person as before. i feel this branch is very materialistic.
