<title>Housing loan interest charge increasing monthly?</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1547075</link>
<description>Just realized that my loan account (public bank) is having increasing interest charge every month (part of the monthly installment goes to principal while part of it is interest charges), I thought the interest charge should be lower as time goes due to monthly payment will have the principal amount reduced a bit as well, so I expect to see similar interest charge monthly, with slight reduction every month, BUT how come I see interest charge increasing monthly for the past 3 months? Moreover, I have made special payments close to RM8000 directly to reduce principal, so the interest charges should be lower due to that as well. Please advise. Thanks&amp;#33;</description>
