Selangor Property Ownership Transfer

Hi guys! Has anyone done Selangor Property Ownership Transfer without lawyer? Can share the full process whether which step can be done online or walk in? Thanks in advance!

My property condition: No loan, leasehold, grant is with me.
Objective: transfer to parent.

GPT says:
1. Ensure no outstanding assessment fee & quit rent (Photocopy of both)

2. Perform title search (Update: Latest Carian Rasmi is required)

3. Get state consent (Update: required if leasehold. Can skip if the grant > Sekatan: Tiada)

4. Make online appointment via e-Tanah Selangor (Update: found it, only can make online appointment a week before. Note: Only Mon-Thu, morning session.) Sepang land office closes at 3.30pm.

5. Bring parent to sign 14a Form before Land Office Admin as witness. (Update: Both IC & photocopy, original grant, land search, state consent, 14a Form, my birth cert, photocopy of latest quit rent (cukai tanah) & assessment fee (cukai pintu))

6. Submit Stamp Duty online at https://stamps.hasil.gov.my/. It will be fully exempted. (only can do it after step #5.)

7. RPGT Filing - Log into MyTax (mytax.hasil.gov.my). File Form CKHT 1A (myself) and CKHT 2A (parent). This is a 2026 requirement for all property disposals.

8. Wait for few weeks, download the digital cert from step #6.

9. Submit grant, 14a Form & digital cert to land office. (Update: self submission)

10. Wait for few months, collect the new grant. (must be parent to collect or anyone?)

Hi guys, any cloud solution expert or not-so-expert here?

I am a IT Project manager and throughout all these years SaaS will be handled by infra team separately therefore I need not to know about cloud security & architecture.

I have come across a job opportunity recently that requires this role to have high level understanding of cloud solutions (SaaS model) and is expected to assist in presales activity, therefore conceptual knowledge & terminology are mandatory to carry the conversation & convince the prospect. On the other hand, this role is required to work with cloud team and they are highly technical and hence this role must possess sufficient knowledge fundamentally to have a meaningful conversation.

I have browsed through the cloud training courses, they are very technical and provide in-depth knowledge on cloud security, cloud administration, cloud audit, or cloud architecture, in a very specific aspect. I don't think it is for me cuz I do not need to hands on, and more importantly, I wouldn't need to communicate technical topic with prospect, eg: I will not explain middleware or virtual machine to client even though these are part of cloud computing.

Wonder is there any training courses on general knowledge, or foundation course tailored for job role like the above?
or any advice for me if I wanted to pursue this role in future? (forget about current job opportunity)

Wired Earphone with mic

Hi guys please recommend me wired earphone with best value
Currently using bluetooth earphone (JBL Tune 125BT) which is very convenient just that it takes few seconds to connect.
Have tried an old samsung original wired earphone from drawer but the wire easily break, now using with tape.
Planning to buy a wired in-ears earphone that is with durable material.

Purpose: office use, mostly online meetings & listening to training videos or music (music needs not to be tip-top as not primary usage)
Requirement: very good noise cancellation, prefer to have silicon to fit the ear nicely & covered it to reduce noise
should be made by decent material as frequently plugging in/out.

ps: i found some wired earphone that claims to be authentic but it is extremely cheap, like xiaomi..lenovo.. baseus.. remax.. only rm9.90
are they worth the buy?

Hi all.. good day..

I have a old desktop & would like to upgrade GPU (slightly) so I bought an used GPU from Carousell..
It turns out that the GPU fan will spin but PC couldn't detect.. then i realize it requires molex to 6pin connector..
after I connected the GPU with 6pin then my PC couldn't boot..
is there smtg to do with PSU ? coz this new GPU requires 6pin power connector whereas mine current not..
