We have got all sorted and she is back in Singapore working as her maid now. It was a genuine mistake as we&#39;re told that she is allow to stay as long as my MIL is staying. A mistake she paid dearly, being detained at no fault of hers.<br /><br />However, because my MIL frequently visit us in Penang, we need help and advice on how apply to have her black list waived temporary. Is it possible to get a waiver letter from immigration for a fixed term visit should my MIL plan for one.<br /><br />Any help or advice would be highly appreciated.
