Developer Progress Claim

Hello, at end of last month(november) I got a letter from developer claiming for work done at site for finish installing door frame and window frame.
Last week I have time to go to site and I saw that they actually did not install the window frame. I also ask one of the construction worker to take a video for me at my unit. From that video its confirm that they still didnt install the window frame. What they already install just the door frame and the subframe for the windows. From outside also, they still didnt do any plastering works.
As I know, they need to complete /install subframe, then complete the plastering works(inner and outer) & skim coat(inner) and after that, they can install the window frame.
They can only claim after they complete all the works, but now they claim before completing the works and my interest pay burst to additional 200++
Based on all sifus here experience and knowledge, what can I do on this matter?
Called and emailed them already, they said, they will call me later, but until now, still no call from them.

Different in ceiling height

Hye..newbie here..planning to buy a unit serviced residence for my first house. Heard that the highest floor will have higher ceiling height compare to lower floor(don't have penthouse unit-all unit layout and size is same from bottom to top). If yes, is it at all area or just at certain area only?. ie. living room higher compare to bathroom/kitchen(due to piping)

For toilet at the highest floor, will there be a box up to cover up the sanitary piping?..

Need the info to decide which level to buy..
