Need Help : ATKKBService - Application Error

Hi there,

I hope someone could help me.

I have recent gotten a PC with the following specs :

a) AMD Athlon 4800
b) NVIDIA EN8500GT
c) ASUS MX2N Motherboard
d) 2 GB RAM

I have been playing some games with the new system, however... I have problems recurring where during a game, the PC will hang and upon restarting, the following will appear

"ATKKBService.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77e76f25" referenced memory at '0x00000001'. The memory could not be 'read'

(I have the photos attached - sorry, don't know how to link any other way)

Once the message appear, I could not load the game or play any videos - it will go to Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) ... . It tried to restore to earlier setting, it does not work. The only way I could restore the PC is only by reformatting it again.

I have had this problem three times already... lost valuable data because of the reformatting.

Please someone advice on what to do and if possible, how to restore the PC without having to reformat it.
