At first i tot he was howler75, I didn&#39;t notice that &quot;howler750&quot;. In the end i transfer my money to his account and i loss his contact. So i begin suspect that he is a cheater. And i checked my chat log and i realise that he is howler750 instead of howler75(which i know him). anyway i don&#39;t know how did he get my contact to know that I want to buy USD.
