Jumping from FMCG to supplier

Hi all, would like to know, currently having s stable job, in fmcg industry, dont really have much of a saving due to taking care of family and education, got a nice offer from a packaging company but the role requires travel due to technology transfer, looking at the covid situation, we might have another MCO nearby. Seen some company close shop, not sure to stay put for another year after at least 50 percent vacination is done and then jump, advice required

Hi all, would it be advisable to make the career switch to a better company during this tough period. Well gotten a offer which pays well and better position in a reputable mnc, just worry that after few months they decide to do a cut and i would definitely be the first one to go off. The thing is took them 4 to 5 months for them to find the right candidate

Applying two different roles to the same company

Hi guys, would like to enquire, whether organization would accept if you apply different role you applied directly, i have a headhunter actually fighting for me for a role but i also saw another opening which im also keen to apply within the same organization, the role i applied using the headhunter, i did apply directly as well but due to courtesy, i was told by the headhunter to let her represent me. So theres two roles, would this affect my chances of getting hired if i were to try the other role but applying directly ?advice from ppl who has headunters from Michael P

So many fitness related place closing down

Why are all the gymnasium within klang valley closing down, powerlifting lah,cross fit lah, normal pay per walk in gym,big franchise, it because we assume its gona make big bucks and ppl invest, turns out bad idea or just that malaysia is not the right place for this kinda industry, every few years ,a new place pops out, gets famous for 2 years or so and closes down, its like nobody learns from the mistakes and other new gyms pop out and eventually die out, must be malaysia and its ppl habits towards food ??

Personal trainer - good income?

What are personal trainer making these days, seems to be the market is getting very saturated, every single one of them wants to be a personal trainer because of the money. Some of them offer packages like 1200 rm for 12 sessions but then cut down the package to 900 rm for 12 sessions, not sure how is the market compared to 10 years ago, certification easily attainable, some trainers dont even look like they lift

Why do campanies still prefer someone with a higher cgpa and better uni, eg, taylors and sunway compated to uniten or utar

I have this ex colleague, who did not perform, got many bad reviews from other colleagues about her, not performing, many errors on projects, guess who was there to save her ass n solve my departments problem, yup its me. End up so many headhunter called her, have many interview from different company, gotta know, she copied my job role and achievements as hers on linkedin, in terms of performance i could say i beat her based on other bosses review but hey you know you cant beat a first class student from taylors, she finally left to a much bigger company. Both of us only have almost 2 years experience thou, engineering background
