Hi sifus,

would like to hear opinions on purchasing older developer units that has not been lived in before. i.e building built years ago. is there anything to take note of, or cons?
i'm thinking if there will be potential defects such as water piping that could corrode, leak due to being unused for so long. thank u!!

KL Condo Recommendation

Can i get recommendation on condo in KL with the following
1) within 900k-1.1M
2) minimum 3 bedrooms.
3) Minimum 2 carparks
4) prefer to be quite near to the city center.

I would prefer something new, recently VPed, or going to VP this/next year. Currently looking at Wangsa9

Landed also can, but doubt will have with that price range and the above.

Getting rid of ants

Hello. Anyone have any solution to get rid of ants? there are so much ants in my kitchen! I have cleaned eveyrthing, wipe off everything. but I still see lots of little ants crawling around.

The ants are crawling above my cabinet, to my door and door frames.

I tried to use vinegar- no use.
I tried spraying, it kills them off, but then new ones come out.

Im out of ideas! please advise anyone.

Water inside aircond copper piping

Is there an issue when there is water inside your copper pipping of your aircond? According to service centre, my copper pipping have water inside causing aircond to be less cold.

this pagi, i force cut into some BMW's lane, but i dah bagi signal. then tertiba dia honk saya. I angry, i put my hand up showing disattisfaction. tertiba dia cut saya, and marah saya.

then he stop at roadside buat phone call. adakah saya akan ditembak nanti?

EDIT: When i bagi signal, i need to masuk that lane because i need to turn left. and its still far from from the intersection. and the the front cars in that lane are all moving slowly. and the BMW was stationary. once he saw me putting signal, he move and speed up to cover the gap.

Salah saya ke?!

EDIT 2: im x protek myself. the jalan i took was at the flyover in front of one u, turning into TTDI, from that flyover, kalau i didnt cut into left, i cant masuk ke TTDI. apa macam ini.
