No bonus this year

Just join this company and now is 6th month. Probation is 6 months also, should be passed probation in the end of January
Last week did appraisal and manager doesnt wan to confirm me earlier.
Boss said bonus will masuk in this 2 weeks but definitely non of my business.
why so cruel the last month last few weeks only also don't want to confirm me.

Hi guys,
I am starting up my own business outside and while the business is still not stable yet, I am actually working for people at this moment.
I know it is hard to control both side but I have to do so because it will takes time to stabilize my own business and at the same time I cannot just wait there any doing nothing with no income.
Everything is just starting up and I hope to put more effort in my own business, but my full time this year will be more busy as many project coming in.
My business and my full time is totally different and not related field. I have to keep it secret not telling my colleague and manager but can't really focus on the job and manager asked me to learn more and he will pass me more project to do.

I'm screwed now and loss. Anyone experienced this and would like to share ?

How do you guys tell your manager for the reason of applying leave ?

For my company, we have to apply leave through the e-leave website.
and there you have to choose your leave date from when to when, half day etc.
The F annoying part is the reason of leave is compulsory to fill in.

I don't feel like telling them why am I applying leave becoz that is my privacy.
Can't think of any excuse. But manager come and ask me why am I applying leave.
I was stunned and don't know what to answer.
Am I suppose to tell him why am I applying leave ?

Link house cannot adopt dog?

Moving to new house soon later, but found out this 2 statements in the S&P.
From my understanding, I cannot keep my dog at the parking lot of the link house because of there is no gate for the house.
Then I not sure that can I keep my dog at the backyard of my house since there is a open space small garden.
Is there any rules says that terrace house cannot adopt dogs?
Management will inspect the environment and decide whether they allow or not ?
Anyone has experience?
Sad if cant adopt my dog la, already 1 year + with me, cant just let he go like that and it is so irresponsible.

Doesn't need to renovate buy new house have to add in wardrobe and furniture

Asked my interior design fren and he quote me the price was around RM100k

Back in month of January, I saw this iphone 6 plus 64gb on carousell for RM2000. The price was below market secondhand value and I thought of buying it for my parents. Then after nego nego with the seller, get to know that he is from Sarawak and only can send to me via courier service. Then after a while I told him that I cannot trust him because what if I send the money to you and I did not receive the phone. Then i just ignore him after that.

After a while, he text me and said if i would deposit a half of the amount to him first then another half can be made after once I received the phone. I insisted no and at last he said RM500 for deposit and the rest pay afterwards. I lazy to layan him already but want to see what the scammer can do.

I sent him a fake bank transaction receipt and it looks like so real until he believed it. I then asked him to send me his IC and he did that too. The most funny part is that I asked him to send me a selfie of him to verify the IC and he did send me too. I showed it to my friend and we laughed so hard.

I gave him my company address and name and so on and he sent it out after that and give me the tracking code. The next few days he keep asking me that is there any problem with the transaction because he didn received it.

A week after, i received this soap and my mom was shocked and called me asked why did someone send me a soap. LMAO.
I sent the photo of the soap to the scammer and said thank kiu. He blocked me already.

I guess the courier fee is not cheap for GDex
GDex then called me to lodge case they said they did received a few cases that got scam from this same person.
