• Assist in joint inspection with purchaser professionally in compliance with company service standards.
• Pre CPC checking for those parcels before handover.
• Provide feedback to immediate superior pertaining defect problems / issues with proposed solution.
• Follow-up and monitor of defect rectification work with contractors and suppliers.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:

SITE SUPERVISOR
• Supervision of work progress at site in accordance with schedule.
• Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works.

• Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation are complied.
• Carry out site inspection from time to time.
• Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.

SENIOR MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING
• Oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies of business unit with the objectives of achieving sales target and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to continuously position the business unit as the market leader.
• Analyse, prepare, present and review the product marketing plan.
• Plan and lead new product launches, develop strategies and campaign which included deliver product briefings, monitor and review post launch data to ensure the product meets the overall sales and marketing plan.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by developing and monitoring programs for customer acquisition and retention, with the objective of creating customer loyalty and branding.

SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS
• Develop an operating budget, monitors and takes corrective action where necessary to assure that the budget's sales and goals are attained.
• Administer and oversees operational budget, prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for review.
• Assist in planning of events for clients and ensure their events is a success.
• Develop SOP and policies and carry out periodical review in order to offer a quality and superior services.

• Investigate security related incidents and submit the findings and counter-measures for future prevention.
• Report all incidents relating to security matters to the Management.
• Document daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor daily security operations including ingress and egress traffic flow, patrolling and handling of intercom function.
• Attend and respond to fire alarm trigger, lift trap and other emergency within stipulated timeframe and initiate protocols.
Requirements:
• SPM or Professional Certificates in Security / Armed Forces / Protective Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields.
• Candidate with police or army experience would be an added advantage.
• Physically fit.
• Knowledgeable in basic security and fire inspection procedures.
