Procedure for buying a house from parents

Dear all.. Wondering will the sell and buy procedure same when mother sell a house to children? I und not all the bank can approve this type of loan. If approve...whats the time frame for the whole buy and sell process?

Dear property guru, is my first time posting here and i need your advice.

Im malaysian, currently work in spore and i wish to try my first property investment by buying my first house in kl/selangor. my questions are :

1. I visited iproperty.com.my quite often, how can i know if the property is worth a buy? i saw quite a number of posting below RM400k. and all looks very nice from the gallery.

2. Landed or condo is better? im buying for renting or resale purposes.

3. I never work in malaysia before. My EPF is very low and is my percentage to apply a 90% loan high?

i bought my own domain and hosting edy. and just now i installed the wordpress and eeryhting goes well. but the problem now is..where should i log in again to change my wordpress themes,layout? i cant find any log in page in www.wordpress.org or if i go to my control panel, it wont direct me to the page for the amendments of my blog...how le..pls help..thanks in advance.

I have few question to ask as below:

1. I have read all the treads abt blogging, but i found that only few ppl use xanga.com to host their blog. Why?is it xanga not as good as others ie. Blogspot/wordpress?

2. I own a Xanga Blog. Im planning to buy a domain/host (to have my own website). Which website is good for hosting and can transfer all my previous blog in xanga to my new website?..i ahve check godaddy, blue host, dream host. but could find any tat mention abt transferring data to the new website. (or mayb i dint see it?)
