Error with Generic Host Win32

yesterday while i was surfing net, this suddenly popped up:

"Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close."

this is the Microsoft Error box where u need to send report or not.
this thingy only pops up when im connected to the internet.
after that my internet dies,i can not reconnect as when i reconnect it, it likes nothing, can not surf net.

i have to restart my pc only then i can connect back to internet. then after a while it will pop up again. this is so frustrating.

i did some research but still have no avail yet.
some ppl say it's virus like blaster or sasser or anything. but my pc doesnt restart itself. just that internet dies and cant reconnect until i restart.

any guru knows about this?
