Peugeot 3008, reliability and after sales services

Hi all, I am comparing between Tiguan all space vs. Peugeot 3008.

I am more inclined to Tiguan 5 seater but unfortunately Volkswagen discontinued that and replace with the 7 seater all space.

for Peugeot, similar to a lot of people I am worried about Peugeot car reliability and their maintenance and services. I have heard that claiming for parts under warranty will take months keep you waiting. what's the points of claiming warranty if you have to wait for months for the parts to arrive..

just want to know if anyone can share your experience on Peugeot service center. is Peugeot getting better after taking over yby Berjaya?

please do share your opinion on Tiguan and Peugeot 3008, thanks

Suggestion please new launches around PJ sec13

Hi All

I am looking for a property(new) surrounding PJ area and PJ section 13 got my attention due to many new launches in this area.

My requirement are this should be a freehold, 3 bedrooms and 2 car parks with a budget around 800k. with this in mind, I have visited Pacific Star, PJ midtown and Biji in Section 17. I will share my view on them below and hopefully some sifu here can share with me your thoughts on these 3 new launches

Biji
1. Free hold
2. 1024/1095 SF, 3 beds + 2 car parks, partially furnish
- Pros: it is a free hold and the bigger size among 3 projects, lowest PSF price too
- Cons : the deal breaker for me would be the Pasar and food stall down stair, plus narrow road in and out

Pacific Star - Capella Tower
1. Leasehold
2. 988 SF, 2+1 beds with 2 car parks, bare unit
- Pros : low density only less than 200 units for that Tower and walking distance to Jaya One mall, Cold Storage and a lot of foods
- Cons : The progress of construction is really really slow plus the next door pacific 63 which is also develop by the same developer is also slow. worry about abandoned. if I really want to buy this I would wait until it is completed, but might be paying higher price if I wait until then

PJ Midtown
1. Leasehold
2. 915 SF, 2 beds + 3 car parks,partially furnish
- Pros : developer reputation, practical layout
- Cons : high density in term of 16 units per floor, highest psf price among the 3 and smallest with only two bedroom.

after viewing the above 3 projects, think I will be going for PJ midtown because of developer reputation and the surrounding is better than Biji, but look what I have given up is from freehold to leasehold and smaller with only two bed rooms. if you were me what would you choose?

Feel free to discuss and share your thoughts
