So, from what I understand, for any defects, the developer is liable to rectify the defects - is my understanding correct?

Let say one wants to initiate a defect claim against the developer, what would be course of actions?

I mean, in what order?

1) Get a house inspector to list down defects
2) Submit the report to developer
3) or get the developer to send their representatives to inspect the house

Password Problem - Unable to log in

I changed my password (when this happens, the phone is without simcard and no internet connection)... am able to log in using the new password.

days later, i connect it to wi-fi, and then it's gone to dead because i forgotten to charge.

so now when i switch it on again, input the password.... but it doesn't work!! tried to switch off the wi-fi, but it requires for the password first.

how to solve?? help!!

i have a small room downstairs and i thought of turning it into my smoking area. considering that the room is poorly ventilated, how best to make it work? i was thinking ventilation fan, but the odor would still linger??

Shoe racks - indoor vs. outdoor?

in a dilemma, dunno whether to put shoe racks indoor or outdoor. outdoor like out of sight, but weather elements + theft + cat pee are cons. indoor pulak look unsightly. + got faint shoe/ socks smell.
