Rear window heater spoilt

Sent my car for tinted after bubble formed for years.
Got my car back and somehow found out that rear window heater no longer working.
Checked and all the heater line are broken.

Checked with tinted guy and he said the heater line should be broken once the bubble form.

My question will be do we really need the rear window heater for daily driving?
The only way to fix it is to change the rear window, and I have to redo the tinted again

10 Years Proton Saga FLX Manual still reliable?

I owned a 10years Proton Saga FLX manual with 130k mileage.
Do you guys think it still can go strong and reliable?
I plan to use this car back and forth for states like JB KL Ipoh.

I'm thinking if do a car inspection and change car tyres, rims, brake pad will be enough?
Or getting a new car is better choice?

The reason I hesitated is because I just escaped from the car loan year ago and don't want so fast to jump back in.

Changing job after counter offer

last year around Aug I tender resignation due to better offer outside but my company counter offer me to match the offer outside which is 20% increment and have me to stay.

Now I being approach by a recruiter and will attend interview on this Friday with the same expectation 20% increment. Will I consider as a bad employee by keep on looking out for jobs and higher salary?

Although I havent got the job for this time but I just feel bad whenever I think of tender the resignation again in such a short period.

Just to clarify I was in active mode for the first offer and passive mode this time being.

Advance Payment or Prepayment better

As per title, which saving more interest in semi flexi loan?

Scenario A: (Advance Payment)
RM1500 monthly installment but I pay rm3000 for three months, so every month I pay extra rm1500, end up rm4500 extra in my loan account.

Scenario B: (Prepayment)
I save rm1500 in my personal account for three months, then go over bank counter and do prepayment for rm4500 in one shot.

If both scenario saving the same amount of interest I will opt to scenario A as advance payment we can withdraw the money inside whenever we need it but it is not applicable to prepayment.
