5th Date in 3 months period, when to initiate?

Have been dating this wonderful lady for 4 times in a span of almost 3 months, this saturday will be the 5th date. Things took a lil turn when she suddenly asked me if i have plans on xmas(she initially said she had plans with her friends so i did not ask further), which then she asked me along 2 days back because 2 of her friends are a couple and she feels awkward being the odd one out. Which of course i said yes and im meeting her on Saturday again with just the 2 of us because we are having our own gift exchange(i kinda forced it on her doing it lol). The thing is i do not get to see her often, 2 weeks once on average and this is a rare chance for me to see her twice a week.

Also we have been texting each other since day one. Being a gentleman myself i did not do anything funny but just hugged her when i sent her back from dates.
Seeing as thing goes - should the initiation of to go to the next level be soon? I know there is no right timing but im really clueless.

Im currently going after this girl (college friend) and sometimes when i text her, she doesn't reply AND when she doesn't, she will notify me when we hang out in our group of friends.
Let's say if i text her asking whether if she's doing fine and doesn't reply, few days later when we meet she will tell me personally she is doing fine and received my text the other day in front of our friends. It's been a few times already.

My com was recently atacked by spyware after visiting mininova.org and after running alot of scans from different anti virus n spyware program all seemed ok but recently a error come out saying that C:\windows\system32\services.exe with status code 204 or 1073741819 or 2147483645 has terminated unexpectedly NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM initiated the shut down.Com will auto shut down and restart.Ive don a scan with HijackThis n i hope you guys will give me a hand.
