Dear,

Need some help on the review for this condo name Perdana Emerald which located at Damansara Perdana.

Currently I have view few units there with different block and floor.

Which currently I do get a unit offer for RM 550k is located at Block 3 High Floor with fully furnish.

This block 3 completed on year 2005 with leasehold and commercial title.

Are this is a good buy? as this is my first unit to buy. for my own stay.

Selling a Car

Hey,

Need to ask you guys currently i am selling my car at mudah and got one people sending me an email say that she is interested.

The problems here come, she told me that she is not in Malaysia, she is from Astor i dont know where is this place also maybe singapore or brazil.

She said want to buy my car even din come and take a look on my car and she will pay me full amount through Paypal.

I dont have any Paypal account so she request me to do so.

She say she will arrange all the transportation or shipment for my car.

But now how about the documentation? the car is belongs to my parents i scare after i sell they use it as deliver drugs.

Any pocedure or any information needed to get from her before i selling off this car?

Just search from the mudah and autoworld i saw a car selling at prince RM66,888. As i know that SUZUKI have a bad reseller value.

I'm from penang currently is looking for the old model car name as NAZA Bestari 206 (Auto), but i'm not able to find it any dealer selling this car. but i went to peugeot car shop they told me that already sold out no more stock and the replacement model will be the 207cc which is more expensive and ugly... but there is 2 type of 207 also.... cur the story short.

Anyway i try to find a NEW NAZA BESTAI 206 in penang. the promotion is attracting me... as 0 Down payment and 0% installment up to 12 years... that time i believe is about rm 400+ per months only... but this few days i read through the forum they say this car already discount until RM44k is that true?

Car Interest increase

I have accept the X company offer but i did not sign any offer letter yet, but today got Y company call for 2nd interview which i more prefer to work on that company.

IF after the 2nd interview from the Y company and they offer me, can i still reject the X company?

I really hope that someone here can guide me and teach me on this situation.

I need help here,

basically i just put in a psu (no brand but running well for my other p42.66 rig) 450W and bought a new sata 160gb hd with of course sata cabel.

all the hd,led,reset and etc never touch as i see in correct condition as in the manual.

this what happen when i switch on the plug for psu( not the switch in front of atx casing)

:- front led straight away lights
:- heat seaking fan for psu running
:- theres a light at psu pin (green lights) shows powers in
:- monitor still blinking with orange colour,not green.

so please help me here in my situation.

Hi,

I have a question currently i have sell my PC to my customer. That pc did not attach with PSU and Hard Disk. he told me that after he pluck the 24pin PSU to motherboard and putting on with SATA harddisk.

He switch on the power supply the CPU show that only green light LED is running no Red LED is blinking or what and the monitor is showing no signal/blackout or no function and in standy by mood.

Can you guys please tell me that what's wrong here cause the error?
