hi guys i am running 3950x on a b450 mortar max.
below is my default setting 80% usage but maxed out only at 2.8ghz

when i try 4.1ghz at -0.5v my temperature is around 80+- at full load.
but my MOS are reaching 100c+
is there anything i did wrong ?

Recently upgraded to 30mbps but using wifi get unstable ping. 30~900ms.
is it the stock router problem ? using the old old dlink orangey router.
any recommended router for more stable ping ?
pulling lan cable all over to my room is a mess.
