Today when i transfered fund, i received email saying that my fund is held

how do i do that using either MAMBO or joomla with XAMPP??

Creatine is an amino acid made in the liver and stored in the muscles of the body. The many scientific studies of creatine published over the past five years have found no deleterious effects or medical risk. While there have been some isolated anecdotal reports of negative side effects, such as decreased sexual functioning, there appears to be no credible evidence challenging its safety.

One concern some researchers have is that with continuous supplementation the body might decline in its ability to produce creatine on its own. Some indirect evidence of this was found in a study with rats. The study examined the "creatine transporter protein" which is responsible for uptake of creatine into cells, and is a key in the regulation of cellular creatine homeostasis. Researchers found that chronic supplementation with creatine in rats down-regulated their natural production of creatine transporter protein.

Another issue concerns the other ingredients that accompany creatine in various supplement products. You should compare labels of competing brands carefully to determine whether you feel comfortable with the other ingredients.

Although no risks from creatine supplementation in humans have yet been found, we won't know about any long-term effects for some time to come because the record of research is relatively recent. A conservative approach is to plan to use creatine only for limited periods before taking a substantial break from it so the body can re-set to normal functioning.

Fax Function in Nokia Communicator

fax is really important...its the only reason why i choose to use communicators...dono whether to get this phone or not..
E90 doest not deserve to be called the best communicator, fax is 1 of the best way to communicate in black and white
is it possible to add a software or something to have the fax function???

Korea's company Display has been crowing about its coin-sized laser projector module for more than a year with no haps, but now the company says it's inked a deal with South Korea Telecom to mass-produce the projector for use inside cellphones.
Is it so-called Nano Projector finally for real?

The diminutive projector will be installed in cellphones beginning this September, and those pocket-theater-toting cellphones will be for sale both in Korea and perhaps even in the US soon thereafter.

The company blurted out even more bluster about the future of its of its pint-sized projectors, saying by the end of this year it will begin cranking out tiny stand-alone units that'll let you set up an 800-pound milligram-ish guerrilla theater with a 20-inch screen virtually anywhere you want.

Im using panasonic NV-DS65
I have tried to search in yahoo and google for the driver but i couldn't fine
When i connect the cam to my pc using firewire, the cam cant be detected
can anyone pls help me
And also, is there any other way that can be used to transfer without using the handycam??

Installing windows XP after Vista

currently im using windows vista...but sometimes sick of not compatible programs...
so yesterday i decided to install windows XP in my D drive
but after i installed there is no options whether to boot xp or vista..
it just go directly to XP..
what should i do to get the options??

going to install it tomorrow but i am still not sure about what antivirus works in vista?? can give some suggestion pls

my zonealarm does not detect NOD32 as an antivirus??
its written there is no anti-virus running on your computer that zone labs can detect. Make sure you are running anti-virus software
why is it like that?
when i used norton, then it will be written monitoring by norton

i am using the latest firmware but yet it is still laggy
i asked the zitron today but they said that no body has complained about the latest firmware yet as it is stable enough...mine is V 20.0.058
but the thing is mine is really laggy like when press the menu button then the menu will only come out after around 4-5 seconds..
anybody has any idea how to solve this prob???
