My friend is confusing

I have a close friend came look for me today, talked about his problem having now, he not sure what to do, and so do I. So i will just post it here see what can you guys suggest him to do.

The story is like this, he work in oversea and he knew a girl there, the girl was broke up with bf 3 weeks ago and my friend also broke up with gf 2 weeks ago, so they been go out and talked to each other everyday. The girl knew my friend like him and the girl like him too, when they plan to start a new relationship between them, the girl told him that yesterday she did a pregnancy test and got positive. The girl said that she didn't knew she was pregnant because doctor said she only got 20% chance to pregnant because of some reason, and she knew this was her ex bf. My friend told me that, she going to hospital to confirm, but highly chance is pregnant.

Right now, my friend is in love with this girl, so do the girl also like my friend. But the girl told him that she wanted a baby for so many years and now God already gave her this gift. So she and the girl are very confusing with all this complicated.

So what will u guys do or any suggestion or advise for my friend?

My friend father going bankrupt soon, means his father unable to pay his debt, but his car are under his father name.

Question is the car still under bank loan and his father sell to his own son, does this have problem?

another question is, heard that transaction between 6 months to close relationship is not allowed? do have this kind of things?
