Buying house from Malay

Dear All,

I am trying to buy a landed property in from a very nice malay man.
Note that the property he purchased is not a bumi property ( he did not take the 7% discount ), this he mentions allows to sell the property easier

However the consent seems to have been declined from the goverment and a appeal is optional.

Have anyone experience like this before? Do share any advice/experiences.

LCD Help - 800x600 only

Hi All,

Appreciate if someone can help me....

Previously was running my LCD TV on 1360x738 but the colours not appearing as usual anymore....
Seems all words are darkened and colours are missing!
I tried 800x600 and everything seems fine...,

The sudden change just happen...

Anyone experience this before?

Need some advice here. I just got myself a 2nd DS lite and while charging there some annoying buzzing sound from the charger...
Anyone experience this before... or any sifu can advice
