Been a while since I got any feedback about my training program, so pls feel free to do so.
Couldn't list out how I normally train in a few lines so I would just put the link to my workout journal.

Other questions, I used to spend around 1hr30mins per session in the gym prior to my most recent 2 sessions. I train 3 times per week, most of the time even 4, so
A) is 1hr30mins too long (for my way of training, not generally speaking)?
B) suggestion to cut it, hopefully to around 1h
C) my only idea is to pick 2 out of 3 arm exercises in my template for every session, as well as doing only one of Pallof & Plank. But since I don't have arm and/or abs day, would that hinder my progress?

All other feedback are also welcome.

p/s: I haven't stagnated, but I figure getting heads up from time to time would be nice.

Sugar addiction

It's an addiction that's rarely being talked about or even being aware of, especially in this country, for some reasons. With diabetes, overweight and subsequently heart diseases being the primary health problems in Malaysia, I personally believe that getting rid of sugar addiction is the first step of prevention.

I realized this problem of mine someday when I was craving for coffee, but instead of the aroma and smell, I realized I was actually thinking about the sweetness, which of course comes from the sweetened creamer. So instead of the regular less sweet kopi peng, I ordered kopi "C" peng, without sugar. For the uninitiated, C is evaporated creamer, or unsweetened creamer. I was of course proven right, that I was not really that big a fan of coffee, at least not what I think I was. It's the hidden sugar that I crave for each time.

This finding helps renewing, or should I say actually starting, my love of coffee, and improves my relationship with food in general because now I know what I'm really craving for.

I'd suggest that to identify if you have this problem of being addicted to hidden sugar, replace your favourite drink with the no sugar version of it and see how much you'd like it. It would make you more conscious of what you are putting into your body too! Now, I'm not health expert, so hope to hear from others as well as any stories.

As per topic, usually it would auto FT from my savings to credit card before due date. But last month it didnt automatically transfer, and I kena charged RM54...
I called up, they said could be because the no. of recurring transactions has run out, but i dont remember i have set it at all... So need to talk to the clicks team, and then the call hung up.
Gonna try if there is indeed anything to show how many recurring auto payment left to fight my case. Or any better idea /k?

Dear /k, pls help to educate your friends that u see fail to obey the traffic rules. As I have to go thru a few of such road to get to my workplace everyday, I see cars doing the maneuver in red, which is against the law and is just asking for trouble should another car from the other side do the same shit, at relatively high speed no less.

High Court dismisses Zunar's challenge

KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court here has dismissed a judicial review and an application to challenge the constitutional issues to the Federal Court filed by cartoonist Zunar over his travel ban.

The decision means that Zunar's travel ban stays.

High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Datin Azizah Nawawi made the rulings on grounds that the constitutional issue posed did not arise from the substantive application (judicial review) and the application (on the constitutional issue) was without merit.

Justice Azizah said on the substantive application, the court was bound by the decision in several cases, the latest was the Court of Appeal's decision in PJ Utara MP Tony Pua's case.

In his court papers filed on Dec 7 last year, Zunar whose real name is Zulkiflee SM Anwarul Haque, named the Immigration Department director-general, the Home Minister and the Government as respondents in his judicial review application.

Zunar applied to the court to strike out the travel ban issued against him verbally on Oct 17 last year when he was heading to a forum at the National University of Singapore.

Zunar sought a declaration that the travel ban was a violation of Article 5(1), Article 8 and Article 9 of the Federal Constitution and that the order should be struck out because it is invalid and unconstitutional.

He also asked for a legal declaration that Section 59 and Section 59A of the Immigration Act are unconstitutional.

Counsel Latheefa Koya who acted for Zunar, said they would file an appeal.

Parliament passes EIS Bill

KUALA LUMPUR: The Employment Insurance System (EIS) Bill was passed in the Dewan Rakyat at midnight, after five hours of debate.

The new law allows for the creation of an insurance scheme for laid off employees to claim a portion of the insured salary for a period of between three and six months.

Retrenched workers will also be entitled to early re-employment allowance, reduced income allowance, and training allowance.

The insurance scheme, to be administered by Socso, covers staff involved in a voluntary or mandatory separation scheme, or those made redundant due to business restructuring or closure.

Most Opposition MPs had voiced their support for the Bill, but some posed conditions in doing so.

Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin (PKR - Bukit Katil) said he would support the Bill only if the Government also contributed to the scheme.

Meanwhile, Charles Santiago (DAP - Klang) asked to double the six-month maximum period for salary insurance to better protect employees.

Datuk Hasbullah Osman (BN - Gerik) raised concerns on overlap in functions between the EIS and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

In his winding up speech, Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri Richard Riot explained that although the Government will not contribute to the EIS, it has allocated RM120mil towards the scheme.

To another question by Santiago, Riot said even jobless workers, aged 40 to 50, will be given appropriate training through the system so they can be matched with other jobs.

He also explained that this training will not be combined with the present HRDF.

Like quite frequently, my LCD wont show anything after on. So like usual, I off the power then unplug the LCD cable and switch the ports for my 2 RAM's. Except this time, it failed to fix the problem and instead keep restarting itself every 5 secs.

Wtf is the problem!?

Astro to face competition from new cable TV operator Ansa Broadcast

PETALING JAYA: Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd’s exclusivity as the sole satellite pay-TV operator in the country has come to an end, as it will soon face competition from a new cable TV operator called Ansa Broadcast.
Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB) said its channel checks revealed that a new player in the form of Ansa Broadcast is in the midst of entering the satellite pay-TV segment.
According to the research house, Ansa Broadcast was previously known as U-television, a cable TV operator that is a subsidiary of tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan’s Berjaya group.
“While details remain scarce, we understand that Ansa is currently deciding which satellite solution to adopt, either to lease bandwidth from operators or launch its own satellite. Implementation may take some time before service is officially launched,” it said in its report yesterday.
With Ansa’s entrance as a new direct-to-home (DTH) satellite player, Astro will face the pressure which had been absent for past 20 years. Astro’s exclusivity clause finally ended in February 2017.
While many non-satellite broadcasters such as ABNXcess, MiTV and Mega TV had failed historically, Ansa Broadcast is not expected to be an overnight success but it can be disruptive, offering aggressive pricing and content variances, HLIB noted.
The research firm has downgraded Astro to a “hold”, with a lower target price of RM2.47 from RM2.98 based on a discounted cash flow valuation.
“Astro is facing dismal advertising expenditure (adex) growth due to weak consumer sentiment. Besides, the challenging business environment from aggressive shifts in the media platform from traditional to digital is leaving the company in a tough position,” it added.
According to HLIB, Astro is reportedly seeking fair ground against the over-the-top (OTT) players in Malaysia and wants these players to be regulated by the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998.
“Astro believes that with a level playing field upon regulation, it will be in a better position, as it owns most of the broadcasting rights in Malaysia.”
Shares of Astro closed two sen lower to RM2.69.

GEORGE TOWN: A Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) team raided the office of a state executive councillor in Komtar on Friday morning.

The officers stormed the 53rd floor of the state administration office at about 11.30am.

MACC officers were seen entering the office of state Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh.

The latest raid is believed to be a follow-up to the MACC's investigations into an illegal factory in Kampung Sungai Lembu.

The officers are currently at Phee's office and pressmen are prevented from entering the office.

On Thursday, anti-graft officers also seized documents relating to the Kampung Sungai Lembu factory from the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP).

Several MACC personnel took documents from a councillor's office in Bandar Perda at 10.30am before walking out some three hours later.

The MACC and several enforcement agencies also raided the factory Thursday, following complaints from villagers who feared fumes from the factory could affect their health.

The factory, which processes carbon filters, has been operating on agricultural land inside an oil palm estate for more than 10 years.

The operations against the illegal factory also involved officers from the Immigration Department, Department of Environment (DOE) and Inland Revenue Board (IRB).

Drains clogged

So while I was strolling around, I noticed that a drain is clogged and it is full with the soup of hokkien mee - one type of penang famous hawker food. And frankly, it's a sight rather too common near hawker stalls/centre now.

Setting aside what the local council should have done, what are the authorities that I should complain to for this for them to take action like cleaning it up and fine the offenders? I have been struck with dengue twice, so I'm kinda like wanna wipe mosquitoes out from the surface of earth now.

Tldr: drain clogged due to wastage from hawker, what authorities to report to?
