CODed with him near Jaya 1 Petaling Jaya. Seller promise me to give additional maps CD of other countries but failed to do so although I&#39;ve made several attempts to contact him. On top of that, seller failed to refund the balance he owed me RM10 (Seller does not have enough change to give me that night from my payment). My final solution is requesting him to post to me the CD via PosExpress and bank in the remaining balance (minus the postage cost as I&#39;m paying it myself) to my Maybank account via Maybank2u. However seller kept quiet about it. He keep on insisting on contacting him to arrange for another COD (it is almost impossible to get him through him phone line because its either out of reach or he won&#39;t answer the call).<br /><br />Lesson Learned:<br /><br />This seller is not those big time scammer but I would describe as his after sales service is bad. At this point I would just advice all forumers to beware of this seller especially when dealing with electronic items.
