change to plan that can subscribe 365 validity

Recently, my phone validity is end and I want to subscribe to the 365 validity again for this year. But when I go to check for the 365 validity, it is not available under my plan. Then I go to check my plan and it is switched to #hotlink EM/EC. For your information, I am live in Pahang which cannot benefit from the EM/EC plan. Why Hotlink switch my plan to #Hotlink EM/EC while I living in Pahang?? For now, I just want to have a plan that can subscribe to 365 validity. Please help me to change my plan from #Hotlink EM/EC to a plan that can subscribe 365 validity. Thanks in advance.
