Industry Players Expect Malaysia Property Market To Rebound In 2022

Michael Kong, President of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants, said that there would be a pent-up demand that will spur the property market after the COVID-19 curve within the country is flattened and he government lifted the movement restrictions, reported The Malaysian Reserve (TMR).

With the vaccination programme in full force, the pandemic is forecasted to be under control by end-2021 before a robust recovery starts in 2022, he said, adding that the property market may register some serious growth in 2023.

“There is also the Home Ownership Campaign that runs until year-end. This will also be the added impetus to house buyers to purchase in a down market now and wait for the recovery starting next year,” he said.

Meanwhile, Kong has urged the government to reactivate the Malaysia My Second Home initiative, saying this would attract foreign funds and talents which could help boost the economy.

so need to wait for another 2 years for property market to back on track (technically 1.5years)

one of our colleague fren quoted our boss for company group insurance
so as per what I heard it is inclusive with business insurance and group medical
nowadays got inconvenience relief benefit covered covid case up to 14 days if company forced to close due to it?
one time cost cover for disinfection service as well? thought usually only cover for fire, break in etc incident

for years not using one after the old air purifier spoiled and nowadays seems like new model has many features
besides price, what feature or things that I should pay attention to whn hunting one?
effectiveness (destroy bacteria, smell etc),self service (change of filter), after sales service etc?
since now every day at home, seems like is time to get a new one to at least improve indoor air quality

story from my bro, the company he worked has few strawberry under his team
he said that today during lunch time, one of them called him and had a chat, let's just name him, A

in conclusion of A
- join 8mths
- feel not suitable with job
- ask my bro opinion since he is supervisor if he should left

as his superior he try to make sure that he can grow in there for career path but he sounds determined to quit without backup plan

hey k, been working from home for nearly 8mths and will continue till June as per my boss say
whn wfh u know la less work out, not even 1000 steps walk around in home due to long hours facing laptop

wonder the accuracy compare to those health band and smartwatches
my fitbit still doing fine, prev use phone health tracking apps but the steps count mess up lol

initial want to go with celcom 100mbps RM120/mth with free ax router and installation
digi offer 100mbps RM130/mth with 2 digi postpaid line unlimited at rm60/mth

both work fine in my area hence would like to know which is better in terms of service and should i port my line to digi cz currently on celcom postpaid...anyone has experience with either of it?

Hi all, just want to rant here and some opinion...

I had resign in end feb and serving notice till end of may (yeah 3 mths is damn long)..ever since I resign my boss attitude change 360 to me which I know cause Im no longer working here...Thing is back 2mths my boss does not want me get involve in any task hence I do work as usual for handover.

Now I had 1 mth left in here, my boss ytd text me say want me to be PIC for one of the task. So I give some excuse to reject in the end still want me to work it out for him...I really don't understand what is he thinking cz not like I'm going to competitor side to work (I'm still hunting job)

I had been working in here more than 4 years so is it fair to get such treatment? I mean I have been loyal working hard through out my service but get such treatment in return..is like no matter how much my effort is in the end they just take it as granted
