Hi, you guys how to manage multi branch account? I have branches in different place (eg. mid valley, sunway etc) (but all is under 1 company name), how you guys manage account stuff?

At beginning I go to all branches collect cash to bank in & print daily sales report for record, but damn tired . My friend suggest me hire a account staff in all branches, help to bank in cash & do a monthly sales record for each outlets.

Selling POS sales man suggest me buy a server link to link it all together... so no need print sales record for each outlets... auto link to my HQ office account software.. so i no need go every branches print a report or hire account staff, just ask branch supervisor bank in cash... but very expensive la, cost around RM1.5K to RM3K ++ (3 to 5 users only, unlimited user cost RM12K++!!! )

Any suggestion?
