http://forum.lowyat.net/ Fri, 10 Jul 2026 08:14:57 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5428718 Hi.<br /><br />I just bought an ex5 fi, 2021 model that had been sitting in storage for some time.<br /><br />I had it serviced, and this is something I would like to clarify with other owners and riders.<br /><br />As I go through the gears, I realise that when the engine reaches a very high rev, the clutch will disengage and then slowly re-engage.<br /><br />Example, 2nd gear and I&#39;m revving up and I intentionally twist throttle to max, the engine will pull and then when it&#39;s hitting high revs, the clutch will disengage causing engine to reb higher buy bike not pulling anymore, then slowly will re-engage to pull bike.<br /><br />If I ride like typical normal style, no issue.
