Recently my relative&#39;s car had a burst tyre and went to change it at a small garage. They fixed a Silverstone M3 on it, 175/65/R14, for a price of RM185. I noted there is a marking of &quot;for fmvss109 test purposes only&quot; on the side of the tyre. I googled the test and it seems to be a test for tyre pressure related safety when running at high speeds. Just from literally reading the sentence it sounds to me that it is not meant to be sold/used on a passenger car, or is it?<br /><br />Please teach me @.@ were we cheated or are we just noob? Lol.
