Company A wants to submit tender for a project.

Company A asks Mr B to get him the project by going to see the people supposedly responsible or have influence in the selection of winning bidders, and offering him lots of money if the company gets the project.

Mr B here is not an employee of company A, he is just someone who seems to know people.

So is this considered as bribery or just lobbying? Remember theres a money reward on offer for mr B if company A wins the tender

And is lobbying legal?

Believe it or not most of my mark n spencer boxers i think already more than 10 years and they r still as good as new. But the price for me is really expensive la. More than rm150 iirc for a 3 piece set.

Current co: in my dept, the GM was a kelantanese. And if ur from kelantan, ur chances of getting promoted is very2 high. Sek2 ore kito.

And also if ur a lady that is somewhat gedik/extra friendly to the boss. They just need to meet the minimum requirement when it comes to appraisals.

If u seat near the printer, and someone asked u to pass the printed papers to them, and u reject coz ur busy or their desk is too far, they will remember and take revenge when appraisal time comes. I think this happens when the seniors ask the juniors

And then, i think this is normal for almost all malay majority company. Surely got someone doing side business especially the girls.
