BT Solutions Sdn Bhd aka British Telecom really sucks.

Anybody wish to work for a telecommunications company please do not join this company.

Reasons not to join,

HR policies not in place. For people working on shift, shift allowance promised but not delivered. Public holiday replacement not granted.

Work descriptions defers from actual working.

HR people are not friendly especially the payroll personal.

Resignation takes like forever to get done (I only received my pay after 2 months of leaving the company).

Dear all,

Please help me as today i went to TM to upgrade to 4MB and they tell me my house cannot do so.

I have 3 pc at home and my current TM is 512kb.

Please advise me on what should be the best option to increase my speed as it is very slow at times.
