Ankle fractured - Pain when full weight bearing

Hey guys, I wonder does anyone have the same experience with me before. I broken my right leg fibula bone and my ankle was fractured last year April and undergo multiple surgeries. I have one plate and some screws on my fibula bone and same on my ankle.

I started to full weight bearing last week,12 weeks after my recent surgery, but the pain is bad. And these few days it just got swollen. I wonder is this normal?

Physio said there is no need to use the crutches anymore so I did not use them but I'm not sure whether this is actually too fast and eventually it swells.

I already keep on putting ice and elevate my leg when I sleep, is there any other way that can help to reduce the pain and reduce the swell?

WTA - any cheap cleaning services/ maid recommend?

It is for a 750sqf soho and cleaning for post renovation.

I need to seek for second opinion regarding my ankle fractured issue. I have did twice surgery and it doesn't recover and now the doctor ask me to proceed with third surgery. I'm a lil bit concern and wanna get second opinion.
