I'm thinking of buying a landed double storey house in JB (1mil)

But my instinct is telling me to wait another few years because economy is bad, oil prices rising, JB property bubble?

Feels like time to be safer and prudent than getting such a big commitment.

Of course it all depends on each individual....

My unifi line will disconnect from time to time.... I call and they explain because that time govt give free upgrade internet... it affects older model modems like mine so keep putus putus.. Is it real?

I'm new to paying credit card, hope to get a better understanding of it.

Right now my card is like this
Minimum payment Amount $0
Statement Balance $400
Outstanding Balance $3800
Payment Due Date Sept 7 2017

I got a few question, hope sifu can teach..

1) What is statement balance?

2) The due date is September 7th but my salary only comes out on the 10th. What happens if I miss the payment? I think can pay minimum payment amount then wont kena anything right? But it's $0 at the moment how to pay..

My customer going to send me USD$5000, so every 0.1 percent also matters to me because ayam poorfag

I call Western Union, their fees seems to be cheap but their exchange rate is 3.951 (today), gila punya rate...

I call Maybank, they say dunno what's the fees because depends on the Sender's bank (from U.S) but Maybank exchange rate is 4.227 (today)

Anyone know WU or Maybank or other payment method is cheap on fees? Sorry I can't use bitcoin..

My father got a restaurant (enterprise, not sdn bhd)

He no longer works inside the restaurant, the restaurant is run by a few of his employees which all got pay epf and socso. My father doesn't work at the restaurant nor on the payroll, he doesn't pay his own epf just his restaurant workers. Is that okay?
