Its still worse non the less.<br /><br />Now come to my questions and doubt:<br />1. Will the value of the property drop significantly due to this? if Yes, can give me % indicator?<br />2. Will the rental become lower due to this also?<br />3. Despite all the craps, will improve accessibility due the HW will bring any good?<br />4.
