is emule blocked ?

hi guys,

does anybody using eMule got the "appears to be full" message for the past 2 days or so ? See attachment (I hoped it came through)

checked my TCP & UDP ports and the eMule test said they're fine. router OK too. i even triedenabling and disabling the protocol obfuscation option in eMule but no go either. the message keeps coming up.

of course, once you can't connect to a server, then there'll be 0 downloads. Not even a saving grace like the 10 kB/s or so that we get from uTorrent, simply no downloads at all. zip. zilch. nada. my pc had been on 24/7 for the last 2 days contributing to TNB & tmnet for nothing. Sigh ....

if eMule is indeed blocked, then this latest shaping stunt has to be the most vicious cut so far by tmnet.

RM 88 for nothing ............. this is so unfair
