I did ask for the estimated cost and the staff told me around RM400++ and they mentionedI can take my car by today evening. So I feel is reasonable so drop my car at the workshop. <br /><br />After a few hours, the workshop call me and told me that one of the skru broken as shown in the attached picture. They need to take out the broken skru by a complicated process and this will cost me additional cost. The cost will be more than RM1, 000 to settle. They claim that is the skru initially already got problem only cause to this complication but the problem is they never call me up when they have problem to unskru after the skru broke then only inform me.<br /><br />Now I am stuck in between as the car already dismantle halfway and I need to pay for a big extra amount. At this moment if I not pay I would not able to get back my car in one piece but if I pay then is really unfair for me to pay for the mistake/negligence by the car workshop.
