Hi all the sifus, can i apply my housing loan after i pay the earnest deposit and before i sign the SNP? Or do i need to pay the full 10% before i apply for the loan?

I came across a condo without strata title issued, only with master title.....I'm wondering what are the impact? If the master title is still having loan with the bank. What will happen and condos have been built, and there are people staying....

I'm planning to buy a house in Duta, but i not sure where can find hawker food. Becuase ayam have 3 meals daily outside and ayam always eat cheap food like cap fan/kopi tiam food. Anyone knows where is the nearest/ convenient to find kopitiam food in the surrounding?

Hi all forumers, appreciate for your advice and knowledge on the matters of MOT/DOA.

1)Do i need to pay for the MOT? if i'm buying a subsale condo which has no strata title and the developer has wound up.( no progression of the title)
2)If i'm buying a newly VP-ed suble condo which title is progressing (developer refuses to do direct transfer), should i proceed with the purchase? Is MOT replaced by the Deed of assignment?
