what a pain in the ass

really...barclay banking system is so bad. it said to be safe.. but i find it very troublesome. i posted an item in mudah.my. one customer really want to buy the item and transferred the money via barclay bank. then i get a notification from bank said that i have to send the items first to client and they will be verified the item was sent by track number. then only i will get my money. once i sent ready the item..the client and the bank said that the bank cannot transfer rm 85..so they asked the client to transfer rm 415 more to my account with an condition that i have to atm transfer rm 415 to that customer before i get rm 500...its really annoying...and the clients didn't asked me anything about transfer rm 415 to my account before she transferred...really.l..the bank is a pain.
