ECC82 tube

Hi, sifu here I have purchase 2pcs ECC82 tube from the seller. When I put in to my amp and power up the two tube. The tube will be light very bright. than slowly less light go to normal. I have ask the seller this question. Then the seller say this is due to new tube. after 20 to 50 hours is will be disapper. Hope sifu here can help to clarify.

I have purchase a Sonic Impact T-amp. But my mistake to wronly put the DC adapter with the AC adapter. So the amp damages already. So sad
