Hi...I am quite curious how is condominium swimming pool cleaned? The pool is closed for at least 6 months during rmco and MCO,and government just announced that pool can be opened,and my condo management also open the pool for residents.my question is whether it is clean swimming in?No need to change water or anything?

I am a sole proprietor.i read SME definition guide by bank negara and I assumed i am qualified as SME business operator as i am doing grocery business with 5 staff.however,do i need to register with any malaysia SME body before i apply SME loan? Do SME loan give cheaper interest rate?

Term loan early settlement

I have a question below.
I purchased a shop house cost rm 680k four year ago,downpayment 150k cash,monthly instalment is rm2900,after having pay monthly instalment for four year,i now wish to sell off that property ,selling price will be same as purchased price @rm680k due to not renting out since the day of purchase.what a bad property.now my question is I sold off,how much cash can I collect back after settling everything from bank?
